Magic AI Glasses are consumer electronic eyewear products. They are not medical devices, safety eyewear, protective equipment, or professional driving, industrial, or sports equipment.

1. Health & Use Restrictions

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using Magic AI Glasses if you have:

  • Photosensitive epilepsy or a history of seizures
  • Implanted medical devices, such as pacemakers, hearing aids, cochlear implants, or defibrillators
  • Heart conditions, neurological conditions, balance disorders, migraines, vision disorders, or other pre-existing medical conditions
  • Reduced heat sensitivity or skin sensitivity
  • Any condition that may be affected by wearable electronics, audio, visual display, or wireless devices

Use is not recommended for young children. Children should not use the product without adult supervision.

Stop using Magic AI Glasses immediately and seek medical attention if you experience:

  • Dizziness
  • Seizures
  • Muscle or eye twitching
  • Loss of awareness
  • Blurred vision
  • Eye strain
  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Disorientation
  • Skin irritation
  • Hearing discomfort
  • Any other unusual symptoms during or after use

Do not continue using the glasses if they cause discomfort or interfere with your vision, hearing, balance, or awareness.

2. Safe Use & Activity Awareness

Always stay aware of your surroundings while using Magic AI Glasses.

The device’s display, audio, camera features, notifications, voice interaction, or other smart functions may distract you, reduce situational awareness, or partially obscure your view. Use extra caution in environments such as:

  • Streets and traffic areas
  • Crowded public spaces
  • Stairs, escalators, elevators, and platforms
  • Nighttime environments
  • Rain, fog, snow, or low-visibility conditions
  • Construction sites or hazardous areas
  • Any place where distraction may increase riskc

Do not use the glasses in a way that distracts you from your surroundings or prevents you from hearing important sounds, such as vehicles, alarms, announcements, or warnings.

Do not wear or operate Magic AI Glasses while:

  • Driving, unless permitted by local law and used only in a safe, hands-free, audio-only manner where available
  • Operating machinery
  • High-speed cycling, skating, skiing, or similar activities
  • Participating in contact sports
  • Performing activities with elevated risk of impact, collision, falling, or injury
  • Handling hazardous materials or tools

Magic AI Glasses are not safety eyewear and do not provide protection against impact, debris, chemicals, dust, radiation, falls, or hazardous materials.

Always follow local laws and regulations regarding wearable devices, cameras, audio recording, and device use while driving or operating vehicles.

3. Camera, Recording & Privacy

Magic AI Glasses may include photo, video, audio, voice, AI, and recording-related functions.

You are responsible for using these features lawfully and respectfully. Before recording, photographing, live streaming, or sharing content, make sure you comply with all applicable laws and obtain consent where required.

Do not use Magic AI Glasses to:

  • Record people without permission where consent is required
  • Capture private conversations without consent
  • Record in restricted areas
  • Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or data protection rights
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or surveil others
  • Circumvent security rules or access controls

Recording laws vary by country, state, and region. You are responsible for understanding and following the rules that apply to your location and activity.

4. Heat & Battery Safety

Magic AI Glasses may feel warm during normal use, charging, video recording, software updates, or extended operation.

If the device becomes excessively hot, stop using it or charging it immediately. Remove the glasses, place them in a safe, well-ventilated area, and allow them to cool before further use.

Prolonged skin contact with a warm surface may cause discomfort, redness, or low-temperature burns. Users with reduced heat sensitivity should take extra care.

Do not wear Magic AI Glasses while charging.

Do not:

  • Disassemble, open, puncture, crush, bend, drop, or burn the device or battery
  • Expose the device to fire, direct heat, or temperatures above 60°C / 140°F
  • Place the device near heaters, radiators, ovens, fireplaces, or other heat sources
  • Leave the device inside a vehicle in direct sunlight
  • Use the product if the battery appears swollen, leaking, smoking, overheating, or emitting unusual odor
  • Attempt to replace the battery yourself

If the battery swells, leaks, smokes, overheats, or emits an unusual odor, stop using the product immediately, keep it away from flammable materials, and contact customer support.

Improper handling of lithium-ion batteries may cause leakage, fire, explosion, or injury.

5. Charging & Electrical Safety

Charge Magic AI Glasses only in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated environment.

Do not charge the glasses:

  • In wet or humid environments
  • Near water, sinks, bathtubs, pools, or showers
  • On soft surfaces that trap heat, such as beds, pillows, or blankets
  • Near flammable materials
  • If the charging cable, adapter, charging port, or device appears damaged
  • While the device is wet or exposed to liquid

Keep the charging port and charging contacts clean, dry, and free from dust, metal objects, liquid, and debris.

Use only the original charger and authorized USB-C cable, or certified accessories that meet applicable safety standards. Using damaged, uncertified, or improper chargers may cause overheating, fire, electric shock, battery damage, or device malfunction.

Do not insert metal, sharp, or conductive objects into the charging port.

Avoid overcharging or over-discharging the battery. Recharge the device promptly when the battery level is low, and unplug it once fully charged.

For long-term storage, recharge the device periodically to maintain battery health.

6. Storage, Cleaning & Care

When not in use, store Magic AI Glasses in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight, moisture, dust, and extreme temperatures.

Use a glasses case or protective pouch to prevent:

  • Scratches
  • Squeezing
  • Impact
  • Bending
  • Accidental damage
  • Lens or frame deformation

Recommended temperature ranges:

  • Operating temperature: 0–35°C / 32–95°F
  • Storage temperature: -10–45°C / 14–113°F

Do not leave the glasses in environments that may become very hot, such as inside a parked vehicle, near windows in direct sunlight, or near heating equipment.

Magic AI Glasses are not waterproof. Avoid submersion, heavy rain, steam, excessive sweat exposure, or extended contact with liquids.

If the product becomes wet:

  • Turn it off if possible
  • Stop using it immediately
  • Dry the exterior with a soft, clean cloth
  • Allow it to air dry naturally
  • Do not charge it until fully dry

Do not dry the product using heat sources such as microwaves, hair dryers, ovens, radiators, heaters, or open flames.

Clean lenses and surfaces only with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, alcohol-based cleaners, solvents, or compressed air unless specifically approved in the official care instructions.

7. Environmental Cautions

Keep Magic AI Glasses away from strong magnetic fields and high-voltage environments, which may interfere with electronic components, sensors, wireless functions, or battery performance.

Do not use or charge the product in potentially explosive atmospheres, including:

  • Gas stations
  • Fuel storage areas
  • Chemical storage areas
  • Industrial sites
  • Areas with flammable vapors, dust, powder, or grain
  • Locations where the use of electronic devices is restricted

Follow all posted signs, instructions, and local regulations.

Comply with applicable restrictions on personal electronics in regulated areas, including hospitals, aircraft, airports, laboratories, government buildings, and secure facilities.

8. Wireless, Audio & Interference

Magic AI Glasses may use wireless communication features such as Bluetooth or other connectivity functions.

Wireless signals may interfere with some medical devices, aircraft systems, hearing aids, or other electronic equipment. Follow all restrictions in hospitals, aircraft, airports, and other regulated areas.

If you use hearing aids or implanted medical devices, consult your healthcare provider or device manufacturer before use.

Keep audio volume at a safe level. Listening at high volume for long periods may cause hearing damage. Reduce volume if you experience ringing, discomfort, muffled hearing, or difficulty hearing nearby sounds.

9. Software Updates & Security

Regularly check for software and firmware updates to receive new features, performance improvements, security updates, and bug fixes.

Before updating:

  • Ensure the battery level is above 50%
  • Use a stable network connection
  • Do not turn off the device during the update
  • Do not disconnect required devices during the update
  • Follow all on-screen instructions

Interrupting an update may cause device malfunction, software errors, or data loss.

Do not attempt to modify, hack, jailbreak, reverse engineer, install unauthorized firmware, or use unofficial software with Magic AI Glasses. Unauthorized modifications may void your warranty, reduce device security, damage the product, or create safety risks.

10. Product Limitations

Magic AI Glasses are designed for consumer lifestyle use.

They are not intended for:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Emergency response
  • Professional safety protection
  • Industrial work protection
  • Military or law-enforcement use
  • Aviation, navigation, or life-critical activities
  • Use as protective eyewear
  • Use as a substitute for professional translation, medical, legal, or safety advice

AI, translation, voice, navigation, recognition, and assistant features may not always be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for every situation. Always use your own judgment and verify important information.

Do not rely on Magic AI Glasses as your only source of critical information.

11. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for using Magic AI Glasses in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

This includes laws and regulations related to:

  • Privacy
  • Recording and consent
  • Audio and video capture
  • Photography in public or private spaces
  • Driving and wearable device use
  • Wireless device restrictions
  • Data protection
  • Intellectual property
  • Import, export, and travel restrictions

Do not use Magic AI Glasses for illegal, harmful, invasive, or unauthorized activities.

12. Damage, Malfunction & Service

Stop using Magic AI Glasses immediately if:

  • The device is cracked, broken, or physically damaged
  • The lenses or frame are damaged
  • The battery is swollen or leaking
  • The device overheats
  • Smoke or unusual odor appears
  • The device makes unusual sounds
  • Charging fails repeatedly
  • The device has been exposed to liquid

Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Unauthorized repairs may cause injury, device damage, fire, electric shock, or loss of warranty coverage.
